BET/English for Speakers of Other Languages

BET (Basic Employment Training)

The BET programme of delivery in relation to soft skills is designed to raise personal development and self-awareness, enabling participants to enhance their chances of gaining permanent employment. This is provided through individual and group work, team building exercises and a series of voluntary placements, all designed to provide the necessary skills required to re-enter the job market.
