With over 35 years experience in the training sector (the last 10 years delivering government funded employment and training initiatives) we are one of the most progressive training providers in the country. We have over 100 staff working out of 17 training centres across the country. Our professionally trained and dedicated delivery staff offer a high standard of support, guidance and practical training.
Our aim is to ensure that participants receive the most effective services possible to help them achieve their personal goals which often include developing their skills and expertise and securing meaningful and sustainable employment. An important part of our philosophy is that we take great care to ensure that our delivery centres are welcoming, provide a good environment in which to engage participants and provide access for all.
Mission

- Deliver effective and high quality information, advice and guidance services
- Work within our communities to meet local labour market needs

- Develop our business portfolio and geographical coverage
